Color is an important part of our lives. Our perception of color, and its physiological, psychological, and emotional effects on us, have evolved over many thousands of years. From the jewelry and glazed pots of ancient times, to the heraldic emblems and stained glass of the Medievel period, to modern art and advertising, people have tried to understand both the technology and the psychology of color in order to use it effectively. This presentation takes a brief look at color theory and how color is represented in the newest medium, the World Wide Web.
